All online tools on AudioTools.dev are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. There are no usage limits, no accounts required, and no premium tiers.

Open Source

The underlying software is open source under the MIT License. You can find the source code on GitHub. The MIT License allows you to use, modify, and distribute the code freely.

No Warranty

AudioTools.dev is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to ensure the tools work correctly, but we cannot guarantee:

• Perfect audio conversion quality in all cases
• Accurate transcription results
• Compatibility with all browsers and devices

• You must have the right to convert or transcribe the audio you use
• Don't use the tools for any illegal purposes

Limitation of Liability

AudioTools.dev and its creator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of these tools, including but not limited to data loss, audio quality issues, or service interruptions.
